One physical station is one outlet, regardless of its tanks or nozzles. Use one owner account and one package level across the business.
Each station keeps its own stock, shifts, sales, bank accounts and reports. Owners can review subscribed outlets together; employees only access their assigned outlets.

THE DETAILS, IN PLAIN LANGUAGE
A named person who can sign in to the station software, including the owner. An employee without software access does not consume a login. The same person assigned to multiple outlets counts once within the business account.
Yes. Login allowances are pooled within the same business account. Two Business outlets provide 20 unique staff logins in total. Customer portal logins are separate and do not consume staff seats.
Use one package level for all outlets under the same business account. This keeps feature access, billing and combined reporting consistent.
The added outlet is charged at the published rate, prorated for the remaining subscription period, with the same renewal date. The amount is confirmed during activation. There is no volume discount.
Tell us your requirements during onboarding. Additional access and specialist support are quoted separately; the published per-outlet software rate remains the starting point.
The 30-day trial includes guided setup. Standard onboarding is included with annual subscriptions. Historical data migration, onsite training, custom development and integrations are quoted separately.
Essential includes standard support. Business adds guided onboarding; Professional receives priority support during stated business hours. Support channels and hours are confirmed during onboarding. Priority does not mean 24-hour support.
An outlet can be archived while its history is retained. Expiry and downgrades do not themselves delete historical records. A defined read-only and export period is agreed in your subscription terms before activation.
Existing agreed subscriptions retain their terms. Any move to a new package is confirmed before billing or access changes.
No. Monthly and annual billing have separate published prices. Annual billing is one upfront payment for twelve months. Multi-outlet pricing is always the chosen per-outlet price multiplied by the number of outlets.
